Why would you be a good Staff Manager? (Min 75 Words)
As a current Head Admin, I have dedicated my work towards keeping control of our staff and making sure our members are co-operating with our server rules. Understanding that our server is a semi-serious RP I work around making sure everyone has fun and can have a laugh. I have come to understand what it means to be a good staff member, making sure not to interrupt immersion however take over when members are taking advantage of RP to mess with the server. As a manager outside of G-mod in real life, I know the ins and outs of being a manager. Making sure not to take sides, listen to the full story before acting, and not being too harsh depending on the situation. I find that my relationship with most members of the server is at a friend level and that I can work together with our members to push forward and make our server an enjoyable role-play experience.

As a Staff Manager, I will constantly keep on top of our staff to make sure their experience as staff members is as smooth as possible. Making sure to keep our staff numbers not too high I would keep forum checking a high priority of mine to review applications/suggestions and making sure that everything is steady. I would also make sure that our staff is working together to keep things running normally. This would be put into effect by hosting weekly staff meetings with all staff members and coming together to discuss the week's problems and what needs to be addressed. Working together with mod's and em's to create a fun environment for our server members. I'd make sure that after meetings I would speak to members individually since there are many problems that occur between staff and can be dealt with when speaking to people outside of meetings since some members don't want to start trouble.

What will you improve in staff/server? (Min 50 Words)
I want to make sure that our staff understands that they have to stay professional outside of downtime hours and that they take their staff role seriously and don't abuse it. As I have already seen some mods just watch as minge actions are done or completely ignore helping out. So as a Staff manager I will set out to keep our staff members on top of their jobs and that they work around the server as their job description, not other things. A moderator should moderate the server and keep an eye out for minging. Event masters should deal with events etc. I would love to have areas where normal members can work together with staff and provide a better bond between regiments and create more friendships with each other. At the end of the day, everyone wants to have a good laugh and enjoy some star wars role-play, and as SM I would try my hardest providing loads of hours to make sure that everyone has that kind of experience. 

I would also love to sit down with all EM's and work together to improve all our skills together in making events and work out what makes a good event from a bad one. With this, I will host a bi-weekly discussion with all EM's to see what has been working and not working in their events so that we can all discuss how to overcome this and compromise to make it better. With these discussions, EM's can work together with Moderators to understand how to work together and overcome certain objectives or problems that constantly occur during events.

Some Future Plans you want to do with staff?
I would like to write up a document for our staff that shows each staff role and what they have access to and who they should call when something happens. I feel a staff document that has information about everything can help staff members progress and understand their role easier along with learning about the server more. This would then help them be able to teach others what they have been taught. The document will also show the activity of everyone to see who isn't putting in the effort compared to others. This will then show who will be given higher roles and who would be given more attention when it comes to staff meetings.

Player A is abusing their Staff rank by spawning themself weapons, What do you do?
Firstly I would !bring Player A to me and confront them about the situation. If the member is spawning in weapons for an event, tryout, or related task that is no harm to the server rules and is reasonable I will not react in any way as this does not harm the server rules in any way. If the staff member is abusing the permission and spawning weapons just to kill others easier and/or for mingy actions they will be given a strict verbal warning that would help them understand that they shouldn't be doing that. I would make sure to ask them if they have given weapons to others to keep control of the servers RP and moderation. I would also pull up Blogs to see if they have killed other troopers with the weapons they spawned. If the staff member does not fix their actions after their warning they would be demoted in staff rank and the action will be brought up in a senior staff meeting later on to host a vote on what action should be taken on the staff member.

Player B Slayed Player A with the Command, What do you do?
Firstly I would bring Player B to me and ask them why they used the slay command. After hearing their reason I will tell them not to use it again as to me I believe there is no reason to slay someone when there is a bring command that stops trouble being aggravated. If the staff member is abusing their staff role and staff permissions I would simply give them one warning since a staff member needs to keep the server a fun place to RP in. If they keep on abusing their role I will then move forward and remove their role and demote their staff rank. I will have a strict conversation with them to have them understand that it isn't right what they are doing and that they will be placed on probation. During that probation, if they abuse their role as a staff member again they will be removed from staff and demoted in-game.

Player B rdmed player A, what do you do?
I would !bring player B to myself in a room where they can't run off and speak to them why they RDM'd. If the reason was accidental, I would proceed to investigate through Blogs and see if it was. If the logs show he is telling the truth I would apologize and return them to the map. If they were lying I would proceed to tell them how the situation went down and that I can see what happened. I would also Pm player A to see if they are busy just in case they are in an event/tryout. If they are not I would bring them to tell them to explain what happened to help explain the situation. Player B would be left with a warning and told that the next warning would result in a jailed sentence for half an hour. If they continue I would sit down with them to explain that they are not listening to staff warnings and for that, they will be banned for an extended time and that after their ban time they would be put onto probation that if broken would leave them on a perm ban.
