How would you assist the community more as a staff member?: I will try to aswner all their questions if I dont know the aswner I would ask someone higher then me if they know. The main way I will assist the community is because I will try to help them with what they need and even try to help them if they are having irl problems and just doing this to get itmoff their mind. Why should we pick you, Not over others, But Just in General?: Some people may perm ban straight away but I believe everyone deserves a second chance unless they have had like 10 chances and havent learnt their lesson then I would. I also see the good side of people even if it is hiden. If a new player comes on and RDM's, What do you do?: I would ask them if they have had experience on SWRP and if they dont I would just warn them and tell them it isnt allowed and let them go with a slap on the wrist but if they know I would warn then kick them and if they come back and do it again a 1 day ban. If a long time player Mass RDM's, What do you do?: I would first jail them and ask why they did it if they said for fun I would ban for like a week or a bit longer and I will try to keep a chart to share of all my bans to staff so they know. If someone makes DDOS threats, What do you do?: I would jail and ask them why they did it if they say because they were mean to me once and for fun that would be my first exception for a perma ban but if they said because of fun maybe a month or a bit over. If a staff member breaks a rule what do you do?:I would report it to management but if they are management I would report it to the owner since they are the only ones who can do something about it.

I do not agree with some of the things you have written, the giving of a second chance to players for RDMing and such, and some of your answers seem to have very little detail.. I do not believe you are fit for a higher rank then, say, trial moderator, in time I do believe you will get better at this and get higher.  I do believe you deserve a chance and for that, I support your application. +1  Though you have lots of time to get better. 

+1 had him before and he was good.  Do need to work on a few things when you were staff on clone wars. Improvements: Temper. Patience  always ask for assistance if unsure.
