Why would you be a good Staff Manager? (Min 75 Words)
As a Superadmin, I have dedicated many hours to the server and in the staff team, as the server is a serious RP server I thrive to enforce it but also let the members have fun, with my time with the staff team I understand what it means to be a good staff member and to be a leader, how I should always take over when something gets out of hand and how I should listen to both sides before making a decision. I have found that my friendship with the community can be helpful and can be used to make the server fun and enjoyable for new members.

As a Staff Manager, I will always keep an eye on all staff members and make sure they are doing their job and helping the community.
 I will be keeping updated on the forums and all staff, I will make sure that the staff team understands that they are a staff team and if a staff member is in need of help they will be able to ask for help from another staff can help, I will host a staff meeting every week to get each and every staff members input on how to help the community and the staff team. 

What will you improve in staff/server? (Min 50 words)
I want to make sure that the staff understands how to enforce serious RP and to not abuse their rank and minge. As I have witnessed some mods abusing their rank, not helping the community, and watching the members of the server minge and fail RP and not doing anything about it. As a Staff Manager, I want to make sure that the staff is doing their job and focusing on the members that are breaking the rules.
 

Future Plans you want to do with staff?

 I have a few which would be making a spreadsheet of all the staff, which can help track their activity, what they have been doing and it can have the rules of being a staff. This can help the whole staff team, helping newer staff understand the rules of being a staff member, and it can help senior staff by tracking the other staff members as well as even making a guide for newer staff members to help them along the way.
 


If a staff member is abusing their staff rank by spawning their self weapons, what would you do?
Firstly I would !bring them, if it is for an event it does not harm the server rules in any way so I would not do anything but if they did it to abuse their power to either kill or minge with it I would give the staff member a verbal warning and telling them what they did wrong, I will also tell them if they gave them to any of the members, and meanwhile I would pull up Blogs to check if they killed anyone, if the staff member does not improve his actions, he will be demoted and will be brought up with the Senior Staff.
 

If a staff member was using commands to slay members (!Slay) what would you do?
Firstly I would bring the staff member and ask why he used the command, once they tell me their story I would explain and tell them why it's a bad thing and tell them not to do it again as there is no reason to slay someone, if they are abusing their powers/permission I would give them 1 warning, if they continue I would give them a strike and have a chat with them, they will be put on trial, during it if they continue to abuse it they would be removed from their staff rank and maybe in-game too

If someone was RDMing, What would you do?
I would !bring him and ask him why he RDMed, they would tell me their story, I would check Blogs to see if this is true or false, if he was telling the truth I would give him a verbal warning if it was accidental then I would apologize and return him, if he lied I would PM to see if the victim is free and I would bring him for him to explain the whole thing, I would warn him and tell him that the next warning will have a bigger punishment, if he continues to do it I would sit down with them and tell them that they are not listening to staff warns and will be banned for an extended time, after the ban, they will be on trial and if they break it I would give them a permaban.Notes.If accepted, I will use my mic as well.

I am mainly doing this for the responsibility, and if accepted I will start to use my mic for better communication. 

+1 I honestly think you would be a great staff manager. You know how to role play and have fun with also knowing the limits of how far you can go. Last note is great man would be much easier to communicate as a staff manager if you used your mic. You have done great so far as both an admin and super admin and taking that next step is something I'm sure you're more than capable of.

I've only know Kita for a short time but I've grown to trust him and believe in his ability. Kita would be able to hold this role with ease. I would trust Kita with this role and I think he has shown that through his administrating, activity and overall kindness.
