+1 Given the amount of positive reviews his application has already received and better receive, I believe that majority of the community is aware of Kapowi's dedication towards the server. Including other admins and moderators of course, Kapowi in my honest opinion has clearly established himself as a part of the community as a well endowed role-player on the server. Given the steady amount of roles and titles that he has been granted it can be said that Kapowi possesses the qualifications that are expected of him as a staff member. Some of these include the ability to listen and respond to concerns from the community and other staff, the ability to make tough decisions when necessary while maintaining a clear and impartial mindset and also the ability to act and conduct himself as a leader. I've known Kapowi for a good five or so years. In those years he has been known to be rather relaxed and a bit of a joker. However, when the times have called for it he has always been able to act and respond maturely in many different situations. He is a great candidate for staff.

He Is an extremely dedicated person to something he believes in and will put all of his spare time into something he knows he can improve upon, I've seen it first hand over the many years that I've known Kapowi. He has gained a lot of experience over the years of administrating on other games and servers as all types of staffing positions, and I strongly believe he should gain a position on the Inferno staff team, as he knows what should be changed and altered to make Inferno as a whole, a more stable and constructive environment for players, and staff.
